Beautiful hotel right next to Zakopane centre
What I disliked was the fact that I reached out to them 2 days ago, regarding spa services because I wanted to book something and they told me that I must do that in the reception when I reach the place.
I went there and I was given a number for an external person which I could not reach for couple of hours and when we finally reached her she said that she had no space for us.
If I was given the phone through the message when I reached out to them, this could have been avoided.
Except for this, the place is beautiful, the breakfast was nice, same as room view!

Its really nice staying with this hotel. Its clean and a good breakfast. |only the housekeeping come so early like 8:00 in the morning to do the stay over cleaning which is so early. reception is fine
Very comfortable rooms in charming quiet location 10 minutes walk from town centre.Staff helpful although the restaurant would not serve after 8.30pm and ran out of some wines.
